How Much Time Your Company Should Respond to Complaints and What Happens When Your Emails Do Not Render on Mobile

I think the above graphic will make history in two years. The majority of consumers are willing to give a company at least twenty four hours to respond to their complaint as of 2012, but I think in 2014 consumers will want a reply within three hours and if it does not happen, those consumers will take their business elsewhere. You have been warned!

Almost half way through 2012 and Facebook users are not clicking on Facebook ads or sponsored content; will have to visit this in 2013 to see if this improves.

Lesson here is simple – format your emails for mobile unless you don’t mind that email getting an instant delete.
